About The Attorney

32 Years Fighting for Immigrants

32 Años Defendiendo a Inmigrantes

Attorney Henry Cessé — immigrant, advocate, and trusted voice for the Spanish-speaking community in Orlando.

As an immigrant from the Dominican Republic, Attorney Cessé understands your journey from the inside. For over three decades, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to immigration law — fighting for families, protecting rights, and opening doors to a new life in the United States.

I became an immigration lawyer because I lived the immigrant experience. Every client who walks through my door reminds me why this work matters.

— Henry Cessé, Esquire

More Than a Lawyer — A Fellow Immigrant

Henry Cessé, Esquire knows what it feels like to navigate a new country. Born in the Dominican Republic, he made the United States his home and dedicated his career to making that same journey smoother for the thousands of immigrants who followed.

My Story

I arrived in the United States as an immigrant myself. I understand the fear of the unknown, the longing for family, and the desperate need for someone who truly speaks your language — not just Spanish, but the language of your experience.

That personal journey shaped everything about the way I practice law. After earning my LL.M. from Temple University and obtaining my licenses in both Florida and Puerto Rico, I made a deliberate choice: I would practice immigration law exclusively. Not because it was the easiest path, but because it was the most meaningful one.

For over 32 years, I have stood beside immigrants in the most critical moments of their lives — in asylum hearings, in immigration court, in the quiet moments when families wait to learn whether they will be reunited. Every case I take on carries the weight of a life, a family, a dream.

Why Exclusively Immigration Law?

Immigration law is not just a practice area for me — it is my purpose. I have seen what happens when immigrants are not properly represented. I have seen families separated, dreams deferred, and lives upended by procedural errors that a skilled attorney could have prevented. My commitment to exclusive immigration practice means every client gets an attorney who lives and breathes this area of law every single day.
